The setting is a semi circular rich tan leather banquette surrounded by a mural commissioned of English artist Dave McKean, telling the story of Australian historic and nostalgic gastronomy.
With room for up to 6 guests, the Chef's Table features an 7 or 9 tasting menu, showcasing the best that Dinner has to offer.
To complement your experience, a dedicated sommelier will be on hand throughout your meal to help you choose the perfect wine for each dish.
We recommend joining us for lunch at 12 noon and for dinner at 7pm, as we estimate the dining experience to last approximately 4 hours.
