The Bar at Dinner showcases a selection of cocktails that have taken inspiration from the restaurant’s culinary identity and cooking technology. The historical references and modern cooking practices of the Dinner kitchen have translated to the bar and resulted in the creation of a cocktail list of unique dimensions.
