Information about reservations
Reservations in the Main Dining Room can be made for a maximum of six guests. Reservations will be available three months in advance on a rolling basis. We welcome children of the age of four years and above. Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. All early reservations before 8.30pm are reserved for a specific dining period. Please refer to Terms and Conditions page.
We take reservations for up to three months in advance for our Chef’s Table (between four to six guests) and Private Dining Room (between six to twelve guests). To make a reservation please contact Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne Events on +61 3 9292 5568, Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that reservations for Private Dining Room will incur a 10% service fee on top of the final bill.

Take a front row seat at our exclusive Chef’s Table. Situated directly opposite the custom-built glass walled kitchen, diners not only have a direct view of our chefs at work, but also the opportunity for some fun, one-on-one interaction with the kitchen team. It also reveals an exclusive insight into the cooking techniques and historical influences on our menus.
