Main Dining Room Reservations

Reservations in the Main Dining Room can be made for a maximum of six guests. Please note that group bookings of six or more may be required to book our Private Dining Room. Please email our Events team for all Private Dining Room enquiries. Please note that all Private Dining Room bookings incur a 10% service fee.

Reservations for our Main Dining Room are available three months in advance. Reservations are opened on a month by month basis in the first week of the month. All early reservations before 8.30pm are reserved for a specific dining period based on the number of guests dining. Please contact the Crown Restaurant Reservations team on +61 3 9292 5779 for any further enquiries about our seating periods.

We welcome children of the age of four years and above in our Main Dining Room.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Melbourne maintains a 48 hour cancellation policy for all reservations in the Main Dining Room. Credit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. No charges will be placed on the card provided, however failure to notify any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled booking or complete no show will incur a cancellation charge of $100 per person. Cancellations outside the 48 hour period will not incur the charge

All credit cards are accepted at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Melbourne. Please note that a credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all payments made via credit card.

Private Dining Room

Our private dining room overlooks both the kitchen and the Yarra River and can host up to twelve guests. It offers your choice of pre-selected set menu ranging from three to six courses, as preferred.

Chef’s Table

An opportunity to engage with Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne’s kitchen, whilst enjoying a tasting menu created by Executive Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts and his team. The Chef’s Table is located on the threshold of the open kitchen where guests can watch service whilst interacting with the head chef. The menu consists of eight courses for lunch or ten courses for dinner.
