Reservations in the Main Dining Room can be made for a maximum of six guests. Reservations will be available three months in advance on a rolling basis. We welcome children of the age of four years and above. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal maintains a 48 hour cancellation policy for all reservations in the Main Dining Room. Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. All early reservations before 8.30pm are reserved for a specific dining period. Please refer to Terms and Conditions page. Private Dining Room
Our private dining room overlooks both the kitchen and the Yarra River and can host up to twelve guests. It offers your choice of pre-selected set menu ranging from three to six courses, as preferred.
An opportunity to engage with Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne’s kitchen, whilst enjoying a tasting menu created by Executive Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts and his team. The Chef’s Table is located on the threshold of the open kitchen where guests can watch service whilst interacting with the head chef. The menu consists of eight courses for lunch or ten courses for dinner.
